Privacy Policy
Vinta Cam is a camera app. Your photos stay on your device. We do not have user accounts, we do not upload your photos, and we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. This page explains the small amount of data the app does use and why.
Your photos
- Photos you take or import are processed on your device and saved to the app's own library on your device and, with your permission, to the iOS Photos app.
- Photos are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
- Deleting a photo inside Vinta Cam does not delete the copy in the Photos app, and vice versa.
Permissions the app asks for

Data we collect
We use two third-party services to keep the app working and to handle purchases. Neither receives your photos.

These identifiers are random and are not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any account. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Data we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number, or account of any kind
- No photos, no photo metadata, no location
- No contacts, no precise location, no advertising identifier
Purchases
Pro is sold through Apple's App Store as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your iOS Settings under your Apple ID. Purchases are subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Data retention and your rights
Crash and usage data is kept by the services above for their standard retention periods (Firebase: up to 14 months for analytics; RevenueCat: for as long as needed to honour your purchase). Because this data is not linked to you personally, we generally cannot identify records belonging to a specific person. If you have a request about your data, including deletion, contact us at the address below and we will help within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California) to access, correct, or delete personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
Children
Vinta Cam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's update notes.
